The Intellectual Property Rights in this application and in the materials in it or accessible through it belong to TREFLA SRL or its licenses. The application, the materials included in the application or those accessible through it and the inherent Intellectual Property Rights may not be copied, distributed, published, licensed, used or reproduced in any way (except to the extent strictly necessary for and for the purpose of accessing and using this application).

The name of the Trefla application and the Trefla logo belong to TREFLA SRL and may not be used, copied or reproduced in any way without the written consent of the Management of TREFLA SRL.

For these purposes, "Intellectual Property Rights" include the following (wherever and whenever they occur and for their entire term): any right, trademark, registered name, service name, design, design right, copyright, copyright data, moral rights, know-how, trade secrets and other confidential information, rights of the nature of any of these elements in any country, rights of an unfair competition and rights to sue for transmission or other similar intellectual and commercial rights ( whether or not they are registered or registrable) and the registrations and registration applications for any of them.

6. Limitation of liability

The application is distributed on an "as is" and "available" basis without any representation or promotion made and without warranty of any kind expressed or implied, including but not limited to satisfactory quality assurance, for any purpose, non-infringement, compatibility , security and accuracy.

Within the limits imposed by law, TREFLA SRL will not be held liable for indirect losses or results or for losses of any kind (including but not limited to losses of business, opportunities, data, profits), resulting from or in connection with the use of the application.

TREFLA SRL does not offer any guarantee that the operation of the application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the application or server that makes it available is free of viruses or anything else that may be harmful or destructive, but will take the necessary steps. to limit these errors.

7. Compensation

You agree to indemnify and absolve TREFLA SRL through its creators, associates, employees and agents of all liability, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and all other expenses in connection with claims or actions brought against the application, arising from any breach of The Terms and Conditions by you or other responsibilities arising from the use of this application.

8. Cancel

If any provision of this Agreement is declared, by any legal authority or other jurisdiction, void, void, unlawful or unenforceable in any way or indicative in any other way, which is received by you or us from on the part of a competent authority, we shall amend that provision in a reasonable manner so as to comply with the intentions of the parties without entering into illegality or, at our discretion, the provisions in question may be removed from this agreement and the remaining provisions in this agreement remain in force.

9. Applicable laws and disputes

This agreement and all that results from it are governed by and formulated in accordance with the law of Romania whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this agreement, and you agree that the place of implementation of this agreement is Romania.

10. Titles

The titles are included in this agreement for convenience and will not affect its understanding.

11. Complete understanding

These terms and conditions together with other documents expressly referred to in the agreement include the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter and supersede any prior written or oral agreements, arrangements, commitments or proposals: between us and those matters. Any oral explanation or oral information given by either party may not alter the interpretation of the terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than that set forth in this agreement and you agree that you will have no recourse to any misrepresentation that has not been expressly stated in this agreement.

12. Other General Provisions

This application is addressed to people over 18 years of age.

The Trefla application is an application that can be installed on any mobile device or tablet running one of the Android or IOS operating systems, without the need for an account with login data, but users can choose to log in using the address of email, for a later restoration of the anonymous profile on another device. On the Android platform, in order to verify the device, permission can be requested to read the IMEI.

For the operation of the application, the user agrees that the Trefla application to access the location, as the application depends on the location, its content being geolocated.

The Trefla application works in the form of a social application in which users can post and open various topics of discussion, under their own name, under a pseudonym or under anonymity.

The specificity of the Trefla application is that it is a completely ANONYMOUS socialization application, the users being able to choose to communicate in whatever form they want.

The responsibility for the comments published on this application rests entirely with their authors. Therefore, TREFLA SRL cannot be held responsible for the contributions brought by users. We invite users to be polite in all comments they post. Especially prohibited on this page:

- Defamatory, slanderous comments, insulting, aggressive, obscene, vulgar or offensive comments;

- Threats, harassment through repeated messages, violence or incitement to violence, politics, racism or xenophobia; pornography; abuses of any kind and attacks on the person;

It is up to the free attitude of the application moderators to determine what type of content can be considered "spam".

By viewing this page, you become aware of and expressly agree that any content posted by anyone other than the Admins of the Trefla application is the responsibility of the person who posted, not TREFLA SRL. The services of this application cannot be used for incitement to violate Romanian legislation and for providing information likely to support illegal activities. For all information (for example, but not limited to texts, messages, links, pictures, videos or any material) that you transmit or publish on the Internet through the Trefla application or transmit to other members, each user assumes expressly the entire civil and criminal liability.
